Outbound Customer Service Manager

Working independently, within a supportive and collaborative small corporate environment, you will initiate calls to corporate customers (both existing and potential) from call lists of warm leads provided to you by the broader business.  Your ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of contacts at all levels, will be key to generating new business relationships or enhancing existing customer relationships.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:
 - Initiating contact by telephone with both potential and existing corporate customers across various industries.
- Data entry and CRM management
- Administration tasks relevant to the role
   
Required skills:
- Previous experience in a high-volume outbound contact centre role within a corporate environment (banking, finance, insurance, private health provider, or similar)
- Exceptional Customer Service ethos
- Ability to build rapport and engage professionally with customers at all levels, including senior executives
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Outstanding time management and organisation.
- A self starter with strong drive and an outcomes-focused approach
- Strong computer skills a must
