Due to our continued success, we’re proudly growing our Marketing team. We are looking for an Outbound Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our existing team. You will organise and execute various vibrant events and promotional activities to drive lead generation, engage our local community, showcase our products, and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and run our Open Days: Plan and execute bi-monthly open house events at our warehouse, providing visitors with an informative and engaging experience regarding our products.
• Community Q&A Sessions: Arrange and host community question and answer sessions to educate and address inquiries related to solar power, battery storage and smart energy solutions.
• Showroom Events with 3rd parties: Coordinate various events with our partners, such as product launches, workshops, and interactive displays, to attract potential customers.
• Home Shows: Organise, plan, and execute a stand at various Home Shows and trade events. Represent our company at home shows and exhibitions, setting up engaging displays and booths to promote our products and brand.
• Manage Product Releases: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product release events, ensuring successful product launches and promotions.
• On-Screen Talent (optional): Act as the face of our brand by participating in video content creation for YouTube and social media platforms, presenting information about our products, services, and industry trends.
• Webinars: Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, sharing insights about solar energy and our company's offerings and engaging with online audiences effectively. Host webinars alongside 1KOMMA5° product experts, manage audience questions etc.
• Manage Sponsorships: Establish and maintain partnerships and sponsorships within the local community to enhance our brand's presence and support community initiatives.
• Activations: Organise activations in locations such as shopping centres to interact with potential customers, distribute promotional materials, and create awareness about our solar solutions.
• Social Media / Branding: Work with our marketing department to maximise the impact of our events and sponsorships through social media. Use social media to promote our events and strengthen our brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination and management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong career ambition will help you succeed in a fast-growing company
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for sustainability.
• Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with on-screen presentations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
