We deliver Sales and Business coaching services to clients all over Australia at varying stages of their business journey.
Our team is agile, passionate, driven, completely remote, and loves what we do.
We are looking for an Outbound Phone Sales Consultant to join our team to take leadership over our sales activities.
This is a permanent full-time role to work from home with the opportunity for face-to-face staff catch-up events throughout the year.
We are looking for people who:

- In the video, please tell us about your relevant work experience.
- You can only apply if you have 5+ years of sales experience in selling coaching services over the phone.
- Also, could you show your understanding of sales and your ability to sell in the video?
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form relationships over the phone or Google Meet/Zoom.
- Are well organised and have great time management skills
- Driven to reach KPIs and targets, and are excited by outbound calls
- Have meticulous follow-up and follow-through

A day in the life:
- All day on the phone, calling existing and potential customers and qualifying them through our pipeline.
- CRM management using Active Campaigns
- Screening and qualifying leads based on TradesFormation’s requirements
- Building rapport with Australian maintenance trade businesses
- Briefing management with daily sales updates
