We are seeking a experienced Chefs De Partie for this busy venue in remote Queensland.
The roles would suit experienced and qualified Chefs with excellent bistro knowledge and a passion for great food. Previous remote area experience would be ideal.
The venue has gaming machines, busy public bar, restaurant and detached bottleshop.

AWESOME FISHING DESTINATION-RIGHT ON THE WATER
Fulltime Position: (Includes annual leave, sick leave etc)
- Monday-Friday-$27.83
- Saturday-$34.79
- Sunday: $41.75
- Public Holiday: $62.62
- +Penalty rates after 38 hours per week
- Accommodation + Evening Meals-$70 per week
- Own room with own bathroom
Duties:
- Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu
- Assisting with menu changes when required
- Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures
- Coordinating the cleanliness and ongoing maintenance of all kitchen equipment to ensure hygienic and safe operation
- Observing and complying with relevant Legislation, Regulations and Hotels Policies and Procedures
- Performing other related duties as requested by management
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Chef
- Ideally have previous remote area experience
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Enjoy remote area living
Other Information:
- There are around 20-30 staff live and work on site
- Access via daily flights
- Telstra Mobile and Internet coverage is available
