You will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners and creating a great opportunity for the business development team to sign up new clients.

- High volume of outbound calls to prospect and existing clients
- Delivering on promise through timely contact with prospects /clients on call backs and follow up tasks
- Maximise conversations by implementing training and conversation quality guidelines measured through call duration and quality
- Convert prospect clients to booked appointments for BDM's
- You'll ideally have some experience in sales whether that’s face to face or over the phone sales - experience isn't essential
- Be a confident communicator, to get your personality across over the phone, this role is all about building relationships.
