The Ideal Candidate
- Must have strong experience in cold calling, appointment setting and closing sales.
- Ability to build relationships with clients at senior levels.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and time management.
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks/client inquiries.
- Exhibit excellent communication and confident phone manner.
- Driven to meet targets.
- Skilled in cold-calling and turning objections into opportunities.
- Excel as a team player.
- Self-motivated, energetic team player who is resilient and politely persistent when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Open to coaching for personal and client success enhancement.
The Role
- Connect authentically with prospects, address their needs.
- Guide leads through the sales funnel.
- Deliver ethical sales pitches, emphasize unique value.
- Meet and succeed set KPIs.
- Make at least 300 dials weekly.
- Follow up promptly with clients.
- Provide efficient client support.
- Maintain product knowledge.
- Collaborate with BDMs.
- Execute marketing campaigns.
- Communicate positively with teams.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Conduct client presentations.
- Manage pipelines to exceed targets.
