As a Sales Development Representative, you will be working closely with the ANZ sales team and reporting to a Sales Development Manager. This role is to drive and deliver a significant increase in qualified leads and opportunities, contributing directly to Employment Hero's BHAG of revolutionising workforce management. Through strategic prospecting, engaging communication, and fostering strong relationships, empower businesses to thrive and employees to excel with Employment Hero's innovative solutions.

  Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

  Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework
