Swissôtel Sydney is looking for a superstar Food & Beverage Leader to join our Food & Beverage team as Outlet Manager.
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure that our guests and clients have a truly memorable experience in our Ten Stories Restaurant while maximising sales and profitability.
This role requires the availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):
- Along with the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager Food & Beverage, be responsible for day to day operations of the Ten Stories restaurant, In Room Dining and Executive Lounge
- Lead, mentor and train team members of Ten Stories Restaurant and the wider Food & Beverage team.
- Ensure relevant brand and service standards are met and maintained
- Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to all guests and clients
- Ensure labour costs are managed reflecting service requirements
- Set up and maintain efficient and accountable control systems for stock, utilisation of consumables
- Support the Food & Beverage Management team
About You
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
- Possess extensive food & beverage knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favourably
- Display excellent leadership capability inclusive of the natural ability to effectively communicate, motivate and organise
- Ability to control cost and drive revenue
- Hands-on, customer focused and can lead by example
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
- Have full working right in Australia
