Fair Play OOSH Branxton is looking for a dedicated and driven leader to lead an awesome team at our Branxton Service, we can offer full time or part time hour's.
Fair Play OOSH is a small privately owned and operated OOSH provider wanting to be the best at what we do. Yes, we are running a business but our number one priority is to ensure our staff are given the tools to succeed and that ALL children are given the option to attend OOSH and that money is no barrier.
We operate very different to many OOSH services and at all times you will be our number 1 priority, supported, have a voice, and given the tools to succeed.
Our programs for both school term and vacation care are excellent and we are known in the industry for delivering outstanding programs, while our families are receiving value for money when sending their child/ren to Fair Play OOSH.
We have 12 services located in Booragul, Blackalls Park, Biraban, Edgeworth, Garden Suburb, Greta, Anna Bay, Tanilba Bay, Redhead ,Woodberry Barnsley and Branxton

About You
Coordinator Role:
- 1 year minimum working in the childcare sector , even if you have been an awesome educator and wanting to progress we would love to hear from you.
- Experience or willingness to learn in programming for school aged children that responds to each child’s well-being, positive sense of identity and confidence as a learner and participant
- Ensuring staff members are aware of and are adhering to legislative requirements, relevant awards and agreements, OSHC Policy and Procedures, Workplace Health & Safety Policy and Procedures, Child Protection Guidelines/Processes, Practicing confidentiality in relation to all aspects of the role
- Ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with staff and families
- Completed or working towards a cert III, Cert IV, teaching degree OR diploma in the childcare or community sector
- Ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build partnerships with families and the local community
- Administering first aid and medication, when required and fulfilling all associated legislative requirements
- First aid 004, WWCC & child protection certificate
- Passionate and driven for the sector
- Fun and want to be part of a team attitude
- Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and ‘My Time Our Place’ or willing to learn
- Available to work at least 8 of the 10 shifts available per week.
