Role:
- Lead a team of educators in a service licensed for 125 students
- Plan and deliver a quality program that meets the interests of children based on My Time Our Place V2.0 framework
- Build relationships with families and the school community
- Maintain compliance and safety
- Document critical reflection and Quality Improvement Plans

This one-time taxable bonus will be paid to you at the end of your 3 month probation period.
Full time:
The role is permanent and full time (38 hours per week) with some flexibility to work from home outside service hours.
Service hours - Monday to Friday including vacation care (6:30am - 8:30am) and (2:00pm – 6:00pm)
The requirements:
- Applicants must have a Certificate IV for Diploma preferably in School Age Education and Care
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a child related field, preferably OOSH.
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Child Protection Qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training
- NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and design engaging activities
- Patience, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
