About the role
Join our team as an OSHC Manager take the reins on our thriving Outside School Hours Scare (OSHC) service at Kinross Primary School. Located in Kinross, the role offers the opportunity to lead an established program, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering strong connections with the school community, families and most importantly, our children.
Day to day duties will include:
- Lead the development and implementation of a diverse and stimulating program that matches the needs of the children.
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators to motivate and inspire them.
- Assist families through their customer journey, nurturing enquiries, converting them to enrolments and driving a community of brand advocates.
- Encourage and maintain outstanding standards of practice throughout the service.
- Assist in establishing daily routines and create appropriate limits and boundaries for children to encourage and teach positive behaviour.
- Become a key part of the school community by building solid, positive relationships with school leaders and parents.
About you
You will be a skilled leader, with a proven ability to build, lead and foster a positive team culture. You will demonstrate outstanding communication, creativity, initiative and problem-solving skills along with a proven ability to excel under pressure and be adaptable to change. - Full work rights in Australia.
- Sound knowledge of My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards.
- 1+ years previous experience in a similar role.
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
For your application to be considered you must hold:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care.
- Working With Children Check.
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain one).
- Current Driver's License.
