• Provide dynamic leadership to our team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence
• Develop and execute engaging and diverse programs tailored to the interests and needs of the children in our care
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
• Establish strong partnerships with parents, schools, and community organizations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC program, including staff scheduling, budget management, and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bacheloru0027s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in an OSHC or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and education best practices.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
