About The Opportunity

As the Owner & Guest Experience Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Effectively onboarding acquired properties and owners
• Managing and resolving guest and owner complaints
• Coordinating property rotations between various teams
• Liaising with trade partners for property repairs and maintenance
• Conducting regular property inspections and preparing detailed reports
  

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in hospitality, operations or event management
• The capacity to anticipate and address issues effectively
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
• A driver's license and a vehicle
