The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Finan­cial Accoun­tant who will be respon­si­ble for the main­te­nance of the fixed asset reg­is­ter and finan­cial account­ing respon­si­bil­i­ties, ensur­ing finan­cial data are accu­rate­ly in the ERP system.
 

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will be includ­ed but not lim­it­ed to man­age bank trans­ac­tion allo­ca­tion and rec­on­cil­i­a­tion, man­age fixed asset reg­is­ter and depre­ci­a­tion in Gen­er­al Ledger (GL) and rec­on­cile fixed assets with oper­a­tional depart­ments, con­vert pur­chase req­ui­si­tions to pur­chase orders, analyse ongo­ing project sta­tus, pre­pare month­ly gen­er­al jour­nals and accru­als, and assist for Account Receiv­ables, Account Payables, and finan­cial reports and depart­men­tal budget.

• Attrac­tive salary of Level 5.1 (MO) $92,783.52 exclu­sive of super­an­nu­a­tion p/a 
• Dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o depen­dents on pro-rata basis. 
• 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave entitlements (annual leave is paid at the employee’s ordinary hourly rate together with a leave loading of 17.5%.) + 3 weeks personal leave + long service leave
