Next World Enterprises is a market-leading Virtual Reality Software Development company.
We specialise in the development of VR technology for workplace learning and we're on the cutting edge as well as a market leader in the next wave of innovation.
This role is about enabling and supporting the CEO across the full spectrum of areas that need to be focussed on - entrepreneurial, HR, PR, comms - you name it, you'll be involved. You will support all his business interests.
Requirements
- You are a doer and can multitask.
- Your communication skills are excellent.
- You can execute with little resources.
- You can learn new skills in order to execute tasks.
- You like to enable others to perform tasks and assist them to achieve results.
- You can move tasks along, you are not a passenger.
- Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of personalities and levels of seniority.
Preferred but not essential
- Degree qualification in Commerce, Graphic Design, Marketing, PR, Advertising.
- Experience in managing others and getting the best out of them.
Personal Assistant
· Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and ensure that the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings and engagements with relevant briefing notes.
· Support founder with coordination of Software DevOps, HR and Financial Reporting.
· Plan and manage the CEO’s Travel and Itineraries.
· Provide high-level Personal Assistance with particular attention to confidentiality and sensitivity to tasks.
· Develop reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
· Managing meeting coordination, minutes, agendas, and documents
· Coordinating with investors and clients and liaising with them in a professional manner
· Secretary of the Board
Marketing Coordinator
· Managing incoming leads and filtering into Hubspot.
· Scheduling and organising the creation of website content on WordPress.
· Preparing EDM and Communication for clients on Hubspot.
· Creating graphics that adhere to brand guides for socials and website design.
· Create video marketing to promote our product.
· Organising all marketing material (Branded uniforms, Signage, Flyers etc.)
· Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for the Business Dashboard.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, Indesign) and CANVA
Office Administrator
· Office Manager: stock supplies, purchase requests, business cards, hardware, repairs, installations, and maintenance,
· Travel arrangements for everyone in the office: tickets, visas, accommodation, car hire, activities, calendar set up, transport
· Events - organising team events and outings, birthday celebrations, work anniversary celebrations, etc
· Team communications for anything happening in the office, business, etc
· Filing documentation
· Meeting room preparation when we have guests.
· Setting up and keeping track and organising recurring meetings for the year such as Board meetings, Business updates, Business webinars etc.
· Shipping products using Inxpress for shipping to international clients - Printing and sticking shipping labels.
· Proficiency in the full MS Suite
