An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer / Administrator to join our team. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and has a flexible and positive attitude.
About the role
In this role you will work closely with the administration team providing support to the wider firm. Playing a crucial role in adding value to the high-quality service we provide our clients; you will be responsible for:
- Proactively building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and staff
- Collating and lodging documents with relevant authorities including the ATO, ABR and ASIC
- ASIC company secretarial support
- Processing refunds from the ATO and maintaining Trust Account documents
- ATO portal and reporting
- Client onboarding
- Maintain client information and document management support
- Identifying, developing and improving firm’s procedures
- General team administration support
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- 1-2 years Client services experience in a public practice firm or similar role (desirable)
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to build rapport with clients and all relevant stakeholders
- Corporate secretarial / ASIC experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Be a reliable and proactive team player with high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Be a genuine team player attitude and willingness to learn and develop
