About the Opportunity
The QTU is seeking a talented and enthusiastic PA to temporarily join our team. This role works 9am-5pm on Thursday and Friday. Your Job Share partner works Monday-Wednesday.
In this critical role, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the VP, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks will include:
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including members and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Preparing correspondence including meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and e-mails.
- Organising events, meetings, training, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintaining and producing reports from databases.
- Supporting other EA/PAs in times of high workload.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Significant relevant experience in supporting senior leaders with the confidence to work autonomously in the physical absence of the VP.
- A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to successfully manage competing priorities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
