You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting a Package Consultant-SAP HANA Test Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Perth.
As an experienced SAP Test Manager at IBM Global Business Services, you will deliver an overall Testing Strategy, maintain strong relations with key stake holders and ensure key testing milestones to deliver significant value within the SAP programme and de-risk programme delivery through Quality Assurance.
- You will be monitoring and controlling test process quality, key milestone and progress ceremonies e.g. testing status and reporting, defect triage, quality gate entry / exit with stakeholders
- Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
- Assist in creating solutions for client and/or internal review
- Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos
- Be keenly aware of timelines and budgeting to deliver in a timely manner
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Experience
- Extensive demonstrable SAP experience across multiple projects planning, managing the execution and delivery of all phases of testing. 5-8 years of experience in testing SAP and its components in at least 2 Implementation projects.
- Significant experience of leading testing in a complex SAP environment using Testing and Defect Management tools to deliver significant value within the SAP programme and de-risk programme delivery through Quality Assurance.
- Experience in defining Testing strategy, Test scope and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management and defect management.
- Preferred experiencing of Test Management of SAP S/4HANA (Finance and controlling, Procurement and Logistics, Asset Management etc.) and other SAP Cloud products viz. SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactor.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders ensuring test progress and status is clearly provided through a defined communication plan.
- Strong in the areas of scope definition, estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and ability to root cause application issues and identify remedial actions.
