In the role of Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals who have experienced workplace injuries navigate their path back to employment, whether in their original job or in a new capacity. A collaborative, close knit supportive team awaits!
What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Working with in the NES and OES space
- Salary Above Market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
- $5,000 Car Allowance

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers or Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA registration, ESSA or ASORC
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
