Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Description for SAP HCM Successfactors :
- Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Plan for and independently conduct Fit-Gap Explore workshops with customer SME’s, cross-functional and technical project stakeholders and lead open discussion items to time closure.
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing with AU specific functionality.
- Collaborate with PMO, Solution Architect(s), Cross-team functional leads, Data, Test, Technical, Cutover leads, and developers to plan for and execute tasks as per schedule, share timely information with other teams, follow up on items that are due and ensure adequate documentation of deliverables is in place.
- Participate in project and status reviews, provide frequent status updates to PMO and ensure RAID items are logged and maintained in respective registers.
- Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, understanding of business processes related to Core HR
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Job architecture, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Centre (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
- Well versed with hybrid architecture and full cloud architecture of Successfactors landscape
