The position
At Fournil, this role is responsible for ensuring our products are packed in accordance with the high quality and hygiene standards to which we comply as well as picked and dispatched to meet our customers strict DIFOT requirements.
This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Production Manager. Rostered hours between 5am and 1pm, Monday - Friday with casual and part-time direct reports.
Key responsibilities associated with these roles include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all finished products are packed & labelled in accordance with QA standards
- Lead the packing team to meet production plan requirements
- Manage and maintain the warehouse & dispatch
- Load & unload trucks using a forklift
- Complete production records as required for audit purposes
- Complete stock take of finished goods and packing materials
- Maintain our high-quality standards through continuous QA checks
- Participate in the continuous improvement process
- Uphold housekeeping and food safety standards at all times
