Team Leader
Team Leaders lead a team that has processing and/or contact responsibilities. This role requires you to effectively lead a team by supervising, managing and inducting in a high profile, high risk and complex environment.
Quality Assurance Officer
Quality Assurance Officers are responsible for Quality Assurance at various stages of the application process including assuring Request for Information packages to institutions and checking of decisions and reviews made by Independent Decision Makers, ensuring they are consistently drafted to a high quality and align with the legislation and policy of the Scheme.
This role requires advanced research and communication skills along with a strong focus on detail and quality of written documentation.
