As the Paid Media Specialist you will be pivotal in generating new business leads across all early education and childcare centres as well as recruitment vacancies.
About the role:
- Develop and implement local, regional, state, and national branding paid strategies across platforms such as Google Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Performance Max, and more.
- Lead the creation of high-quality ads and manage multiple digital campaigns for brand visibility and conversion optimisation.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with team members for project updates and communication. Streamline Paid Media processes and contribute to team projects.
- Manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently, including recruitment and center-specific brands.
- You will have minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Proven experience in Paid Media strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and digital analytics tools.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or booking agency is highly advantageous.
