The role
We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist with:
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Capacity to work on a diverse range of digital marketing activities across multiple industries.
- A proven track record of strategising, creating & optimising high-performing Paid Media campaigns to grow many businesses.
- Specialised skills in Search Engine Marketing (70%) and Paid Social (30%) to take our clients businesses to the next level.
- The responsibility for maintaining the high standard of strategies for Paid Media clients, including meeting minimum performance benchmarks and KPIs, reporting regularly and holding strategy calls with our clients.
- Current Google and Meta certifications who can implement industry best practices across a variety of business verticals from eCommerce to financial services and everything in between.
- A Team attitude to support our subject matter experts in the day to day running of projects across B2B and B2C clients.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude and an eye for detail as the digital landscape is constantly changing.
- An advanced understanding of high-performing digital content strategies for multi-channel marketing clients in the AI era.
- A keen interest in technology and analytics understanding the data behind decision making, including demonstrated experience working with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- A developed portfolio of Paid Media projects across the various platforms - Google, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin and TikTok.
As you'd expect from a dynamic digital agency, we work nimbly and many of our team work across most areas of digital marketing. This is a collaborative 3 month Contract role and suitable for someone ready and capable to hit the ground running. The role has the potential scope to grow beyond the 3 month Contract. The role will see you extending deep into multiple facets of Paid Media, applying your learnings as the subject matter expert to continue to meet our clients' digital goals in the short term.
There's plenty of opportunity for team work with the marketing, creative and development teams, but you'll be expected to work autonomously: owning, justifying and documenting the campaigns you're working on, alongside the team of digital producers and interfacing directly with our valued clients.
What we're looking for in detail
- Qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- 2 years+ within an agency environment as part of the production house with strong collaboration across production, specifically marketing and creative departments.
- Experience in strategising and driving the roll-out for seasonal promotional periods for clients.
- Experience attending client meetings prior to and following signing as this will be a shared function across the team.
- Current Google Ads and Meta Pro certifications.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and paid and organic social media marketing.
- Strong grammar and spelling - marketing is a game of skill with words.
- An emphasis on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) predominantly Google Ads (70% of the role) and a focus on Meta Ads, Linked Ads (30% of the role).
- Ability to be analytical and creative - you will work closely with the creative department to bring Ad assets to life and make ROAS continue to hum for our clients
- Strong experience reporting on trends and data/campaign insights by conducting research using data analytics software as well as in-platform reporting tools - Looker Studio, Google Ads, Google Analytics experience is essential
- Understanding of the nuances of language and how to guide/nudge/shepherd an audience in the desired direction to achieve real business results.
- Flexible, accountable and adaptable - there are so many aspects to digital marketing.
- An agile wordsmith and content creator with an eye for what makes a successful Paid Media campaign as well as a thirst for learning from our very experienced creative department
- Someone who enjoys working within a super-friendly, collaborative and ego-less team and is comfortable giving and receiving constructive criticism in the name of a better end-result.
