Requirements:
Previous experience as a Painter / Blaster, preferably in a marine or industrial setting
Proficient in surface preparation techniques and coating application
Knowledgeable about different types of paints, coatings, and application methods
Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant certifications and licenses are advantageous.
