Painter / Handy Man

Ventia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Painter / Handy man working within a high-profile government contract based in Town Hall, Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for completing repairs, maintenance, and preventative maintenance to a range of Heritage buildings, whilst also providing support to various tradesmen.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, offering $92,600 TFR.

Could you be our next Painter / Handy man?

• Proven experience in repairs such as change outs, door and lock repairs, patching and general maintenance tasks.
• Experience with Painting
• Experienced in providing support to site-based trades and assisting in the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.
• Ability to effectively work autonomously.
• Understanding of common hand power tools and safe usage requirements
• Ability to maintain and register maintenance records using computerised programs.
• Current Driver's License
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
