Our projects range in value from approximately $10M - $70M, are located in regional, metro and interstate locations and have typically featured bulk storage facilities, distribution centres, commercial buildings and civil works. The projects in 2024 are diverse and challenging for those who thrive on “different”.

The Project Manager we are looking for can show accomplishment with:
- Managing all aspects of project planning and construction including design, schedule of works, procurement, contract admin, financials, commercials, safety and stakeholder management
- Overseeing and driving the completion of works by applying dynamic innovative solutions to remove barriers to the team and project success.
- Managing total project cost to maximise profitable outcomes and deliver cost-effective solutions to our clients in the D & C partnership
- Creating and leading the safety culture for the project, ensuring actions and behaviours demonstrate a strong commitment to safety
- Regularly evaluating project objectives to ensure continual improvement and alignment with changing project and client priorities.
The purpose of this role will be to support and lead a team of construction professionals delivering through collaborative engagement of subcontractors and an obsession with quality and high level of service to our clients, many of whom are ongoing & repeat customers.
Experience with the design and construct build model is essential as we think it's a different way of doing business from integrated design solutions and ongoing improvements and innovation expected at every stage of the build. This role would suit an individual with
- Minimum 7 yrs successful track record in project managing construction to $70M
- Relevant experience in D& C
- Working knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations
- Strong safety leadership
- Relationship management capability
- Balanced risk-reward decision-making instinct
- Qualification in engineering, construction, project management or equivalent
