KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Painting: Execute high-quality painting services for residential, strata, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, priming, and patching as necessary to achieve optimal results.
Colour Coordination: Collaborate with clients to select appropriate paint colours and finishes, offering expert advice and guidance during the colour consultation process.
Application Techniques: Utilize various painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray application, to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and courteously to ensure overall satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members, providing support and assistance as needed to achieve project goals effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate work records, including materials used, hours worked, and any additional relevant information.

REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum AQF Certificate III, including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV in painting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial painting, demonstrating proficiency in various painting techniques and surface preparation methods.
Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a meticulous approach to artistry. Proficiency in colour coordination and a keen eye for design aesthetics are advantageous.
Practical verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
