Established in 1987, SBP Australia is a privately owned construction company based in Salisbury, Brisbane. We specialise in commercial, industrial and cold storage facilities, working across Australia for local, national and multinational clients.

The Role

We are seeking a Panel Install Manager who can:

• Deliver high-quality construction and remedial projects in the Cold Room / Insulated Panel industry, safely, on time and within budget, to a value range of $10,000 to $2,000,000.
• Oversee works performed by Cold Room builders, steel racking & framing installers, occasional trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Work flexibly between head office and sites.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee project programs, budgets, and scope of works deliverables to ensure projects are executed within scope, on time and within budget.
• Provide hands-on management of works on site, across multiple projects.
• Coordinates trades to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operation.
• Conducts toolbox meetings and prepares site diaries.
• Ensures OH&S and quality standards are met.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Weekly and monthly project progress reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role with exposure to industrial, food manufacturing and / or commercial building projects.
• Trade and Supervisor qualifications would be desirable.
• Excellent communications skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Organisational, and multitasking skills with a good working knowledge of Excel.
• JobPac and Procore experience (or similar Construction software experience) desirable.
• Current drivers licence & reliable transport.
