We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer to support the Major Residential Builders team. This role will require you to support our Builders Service Team in the NORTH / QLD support office. This exciting role based in the Customer Experience Team will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Please Note: This is a 9-month fixed term contract position located in the Bunnings Support office in Mt Gravatt QLD.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales support of in-bound calls to the Customer Experience Team, whist ensuring the highest level of customer service in the network is maintained. You will have sound in-depth building / construction & supply chain knowledge and experience paired with excellent influence skills that enable the team to thrive while ensuring continuous success & development of our commercial strategies.

- Process Purchase Orders for our Clients
- Providing quotes
- Incoming / outgoing communication - Emails and calls
- Inventory checking
- Contribute to a great team culture
- Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites
- Build great strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders
- Support accurate orders for our account management teams
- Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers
- Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base
You'll need:
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Strong COS and CCRM experience
- Electonic filing experience would be ideal
- Strong Planning & organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise & Manage time Effectively
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilient with the ability to problem solve.
