ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Shop/Collision Centre Manager (Business Manager) to join our site in Sunshine (16 Annastasia Way, Sunshine North VIC 3020). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your site is achieving target volumes, that customers are satisfied by their Drive Group experience, and creating an environment at site where your team are motivated and performing well.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry.
- Ability to manage, motivate and create a positive work environment to ensure high performing teams.
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices and create a safe working environment for all staff.
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights and current and valid Driver’s Licence.
