The Role
This position will sit in their growing Family Law team supporting a Partner and team with both secretarial and paralegal tasks, which will include:
- Diary management for clients, courts, and meetings with counsel
- Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and financial statements
- Data entry and file management
- Conducting legal research
- Supporting the Partner and team with general legal secretarial duties, such as travel booking, expense management, diary management, scanning, filing, and photocopying
You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in Family Law
- A desire for longevity in a support position
- Strong MS Suite skills
- Excellent communications skills
- A can-do attitude
