Your credentials and Pre-Requisites

To ensure you are as successful as possible, you must have:

• Exceptional experience as a paralegal
• Remote working capacity in a suitably quiet location free from noise and distraction 
• Ability to work on files independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to brief and instruct Counsel.
• Repute Law is a technology based firm and as such requires any cabled. NBN service with a minimum download speed of 12Mbps. All mobile broadband services, such as 4G/5G, may slow down your ability to operate our practice management software.
• Proficiency in LEAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, video conferencing, teleconferencing, collaboration platforms and file sharing.
• Inclusive and collegiate attitude complementary to a work-from-home/ work-remote enterprise.
• Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or a valid visa to work in Australia.
