AddressKCI Lawyers, a boutique CBD firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, high performing, experienced Para Legal / Law Clerk to join our military compensation and personal injury team headed by a nationally recognised specialist in Veterans’ affairs.
Key responsibilities
- Communicating directly with clients and third parties
- Drafting correspondence and preparing documentation, including witness statements and submissions
- Progressing matters though the VRB, AAT and Federal Court to resolution under supervision
- Undertaking legal research.
Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will require:
- a minimum of three years relevant experience working as a Paralegal / Law Clerk, preferably in personal injury
- high level written and verbal communication skills
- an ability to handle and time manage multiple tasks in a high volume environment.
