Zeno Lawyers is in search of a full time paralegal/legal clerk.
The successful candidate will undertake administrative duties required to efficiently run the front end of the law firm, as well as providing assistance to the principal solicitor.
Applicants will be assessed on the following criteria:
- previous experience working as a paralegal or legal clerk in a law firm
- ability to identify, clarify and resolve problems
- ability to be proactive and anticipate work requirements in order to enhance results and avoid problems
- demonstration of strong organisational skills
- demonstration of strong drafting and communication skills
- knowledge of SMOKEBALL Legal Software, PEXA, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- the ability to work independently and in a team
