Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Conveyancer to join our supportive and energetic team!
The Opportunity
Are you a service-focused Conveyancing Clerk or Paralegal seeking an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a reputable, expanding practice? Do you thrive on working closely with respected referrers, clients, and lawyers? If so, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
- Conduct thorough contract reviews
- Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online
- Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate files and databases
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience as paralegal or Conveyancing Clerk
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience using PEXA settlements and Duties Online
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- A positive and pro-active team attitude
