Paralegal - Leasing

This focus on client value is a key reason for our success.The roleWe are currently looking for a Leasing Paralegal to join our team in Adelaide on a casual, flexible basis, with the opportunity to work up to 38 hours per week. You will be working directly with a Partner and a range of lawyers in an excellent team. This opportunity will allow you to manage, with a degree of autonomy, the leasing requirements for one of our high profile clients.Candidates should have:

• An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients.
• The ability to manage deadlines and consistently meet client service level requirements.
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organisation and file management skills.
• Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system is beneficial.
