Our client is seeking a junior paralegal on a full-time basis. This is a great career opportunity within our leading-edge Wills and Estates Department in Adelaide. 

Assisting Partners and a team

• Drafting and editing correspondence, emails and documents;
• Managing diaries and coordinating meetings;
• Opening and closing matters;
• Drafting and editing court documents;
• Billing;
• Answering calls and relaying messages; and
• Photocopying, filing, archiving and scanning.
• Handling disbursements and certifying files.
• General file management duties.

To be successful in this fast-paced role, you will possess the following:

• You will be an outstanding communicator with a cheerful disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks,
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines,
• Intermediate MS office skills,
• An acute eye for detail, and
