An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager/ Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Secretary to join this cohesive team in a dual Paralegal / Office Manager role. Duties will include:
- drafting and sending invoices
- monitoring trust balances and preparing trust transfers
- monitoring court matters
- drafting divorce applications
- undertaking transfers / settlements after orders have been made
- reviewing Legal Aid funding
- organising office supplies and consumables
- monitoring and approving staff leave requests
- staff training and induction, etc
Ideally, you will have law firm experience in a family law practice. You will also be a real go-getter and be able to take initiative and work full time Monday to Friday. You will be interested in being involved in the success of the firm and looking for a new 'home' on a long-term basis.
