Proximity projects and clients often require the support of talented early career advisors. We require a commitment of at least three days per week, with flexibility to accommodate important commitments such as exams. Your role will involve consistent client support on projects and occasional short-term assignments. We're open to discussing your needs, recognising that they may evolve over time. Whether you're available now or in a few months, let's have a conversation about how we can make it work for you.
Responsibilities could include:
- Assisting with stakeholder consultations: question development, synthesising feedback, developing and analysing surveys
- Document reviews, literature scans
- Project support: summarising meeting actions and tracking progress/issues, producing status reports
- Document reviews, discovery, assessments
- Research: synthesising complex information from client documents, desktop research to support the preparation of advices, reports, or presentations
- Writing client documents: drafting reports, training programs, policies, procedures
You will need
- Ability to manage competing priorities with focus
- Have worked within the government, in an office or corporate environment
- High level data analysis and complex information synthesising skills
- Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
- Coordination skills to help keep project tasks on track
