About the Role:
As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in assisting our Advisor team in crafting strategic advice documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the adviser team preparing comprehensive ROAs and SOAs
- Conducting research and managing administrative tasks related to client external accounts/policies. Adhering to digital document control procedures, workflows, and checklist timelines.
- Maintaining email communication and task management Accurately
- Updating and managing client information within CRM, superannuation platforms, and insurer advisor portals
- Sending out advice documents and support the advisor team
- Engaging with product providers and other third parties
- Compiling Annual review packs for advisers
About You:
Must have proficiency in AdviserLogic & SOA generation. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in superannuation and risk insurance (Life, TPD, IP, Trauma, etc.) Comprehensive product and technical knowledge encompassing insurance, superannuation, and Financial Advice. Passionate about building a long-term career in financial planning. Proficient with Digital signing products. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
