Reporting to the Resort Manager at Shady Acres Cottage & RV Resort, this role is responsible for after hours minor maintenance duties (e.g. cleaning, minor repairs to resort infrastructure as needed, equipment maintenance, etc.), customer service inquiries and responding to after hours customer complaints.
