Do you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for horticulture? Murray River Council are looking for
Parks & Gardens Attendants to join our crew in Moama with Two positions available.

About the roles:
One role would join our Parks & Gardens Attendants to undertake routine operational and maintenance
activities in the provision of horticulture and recreational services in Council’s parks, gardens, reserves,
playgrounds, cemeteries, streetscapes, sports, and recreational facilities.
The second successful candidate would ideally specialise in turf management and look to undertake a key
supporting role in the maintenance of the sportsgrounds and surrounds at the Moama Recreation Reserve
as part of the Parks team.
What you need to be successful:
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Experience operating a range of equipment used in parks & gardens activities
- White Card – General Construction Induction
- Demonstrated Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) responsibilities
- Cert III in Turf Management or Landscaping
Desirable:
- Cert III in Horticulture
- Previous experience working in horticulture
