AddressOne of our clients, a local council near Dandenong, is looking for a Road Maintenance Worker to join their passionate team.
This Job is a casual role however you will be working 38 hours per week.
Pay Rate: $34 + Superannuation.
You will Need:
Essential:
A current Victorian HR class driver’s licence
Demonstrated experience in maintenance practices related to Civil Infrastructure, preferably roads and drainage construction and maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner including undertaking routine daily maintenance of minor plant and equipment.
Highly Desirable:
A current Traffic Control ticketSpotters TicketFirst Aid level 2 ticket
You will be:Carrying out maintenance activities relating to the Civil Infrastructure, specifically Roads and Drains.
Undertaking duties and ensuring work complies with safe work practices, policies and procedures relevant to the task being carried out.
Operating specialised items of plant in a safe and efficient manner to the standard required.
Undertaking labouring duties as and when require.
Responsible for the care and maintenance of allocated plant in accordance with Councils procedures.
