Your role would include handling incoming customer enquiries, ensuring parts are available for jobs & technicians when required, placing and processing orders, stock control, data entry, operating a forklift and assisting staff with other duties as required.
On the job training is provided and a fork lift training course can be provided if required.
Attitude & skills that would suit this role.
· Experience as a Stores person
· Professional presentation with a friendly and positive "can-do" attitude
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work within a team environment
· Have a confident phone manner
· Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel,
· Attention to details and ability to multi-task
· The ability to use your own initiative and excellent follow-up skills
· Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
