Part-Time (3-4 Days A Week) Retail Assistant

At Ludlows, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest customer service whilst supplying the finest legal regalia available. We treat our customers, business partners and employees as part of one team, and we are currently seeking a new member to join our branch in Melbourne CBD.

The perfect candidate will be a tenacious all-rounder, able to tackle all general retail tasks with the eager to learn and grow. You will be communicating with diverse suppliers, interacting with a great variety of customers and working with our interstate team. Everyday duties include, but are not limited to, attending deliveries, supporting our Business Manager, proceeding with fittings (experience not required), closing sales and following up on customer orders.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Showing self initiative during quiet times
• A professional phone and email manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Proficiency in Office 364/Outlook/Google Suite
