Manage trust accounts - Payroll - Commission calculations - Accounts payable - Preparation of quarterly BAS for accountant to lodge - Part time role

What will you be doing in this role:

This role will see you take on the sales trust and bookkeeping responsibilities to keep the back end accounting side of the business running smoothly in collaboration with an experienced external accounting firm.
  • Invest, reconcile, disburse sales deposits
  • Enter invoices, reconciliations, receipting
  • Prepare for mid-month and end of month
  • Prepare sales settlement statements and marketing invoices
  • Process all invoices for vendor paid marketing
  • Commission calculations
  • Process commission payments and run payroll
  • Oversee accounts payable
  • Look at cost saving solutions and streamlining processes
  • Prepare BAS for lodgement by external accountant
  • Check sales compliance with support of Operations team

The right candidate will have:
  • Experience managing sales and property management trust
  • The ability to prepare quarterly BAS
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Experience using Agentbox and Xero preferred
  • A team player who enjoys working with others
  • Confident communication skills to liaise with the team
  • Availability up to 25 hours per week
  • A current Certificate of registration or real estate licence
