What You'll Do: As the Administration Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting management and the operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards, including the review of SWMS and workplace policies.
- Oversee technician site induction and qualification compliance.
- Assisting in incident/accident recording and processing as necessary.
- Providing reception duties when required.
- Handling customer payments and managing invoicing using Simpro & Xero.
- Additionally, you may assist with payroll, sales call follow-ups, HR documents, and other general duties as needed.
- Experience in WHS is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A collaborative spirit, comfortable working in a team environment.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
- Reliability coupled with a positive attitude.
