Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens is a 4.5 star property and is part of the worldwide Radisson Hotel Group; boasting 184 guest rooms, 2 conference rooms and a boardroom, as well as HQ's Restaurant & Bar.
About the role
Your duties will include:
- 12 hours guaranteed minimum per week
- Prepare breakfast items, appetisers, salads, vegetables, desserts for breakfast buffet, banquets and room service functions
- Assist breakfast and lead cooks in preparation of lines and set up for forecasted covers
- Drive and promote high food hygiene standards
- Prepare all orders in a timely manner
About you
- Strong commitment to the hospitality industry as well as a true passion for cooking
- Breakfast shift must have 1 year experience in hotel breakfast operations
- Ability to work mornings Monday through Thursday
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a small team environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid working rights in Australia
