Part-time Childcare Administration Manager – Woy Woy
Woy Woy Peninsula Community Childcare are seeking a highly skilled and pro-active Administration Manager to join our team.
This is a diverse role that requires a candidate with good administrative skills and the ability to communicate to clients, staff and management both written and verbally.
The position would require a person who has previous experience an administration position. Candidates with prior experience using CCMS software will be highly regarded.
You also would be responsible for general administration in the centre as well as delivering exceptional customer service to our families.
This position is permanent part-time.
You must be available to work 7.5 hours 3 days per week (M,W,F)
Immediate start.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and families
- Supportive team member that works to high standards and takes initiative
- Experience in Childcare, and an understanding of CCMS and CCS
- Experience in using Childcare software such as KidSoft highly regarded
- Experience in using accounting software (currently MYOB) for the purposes or accounting, wages and BAS
- Excellent customer service standards.
- Competence in MS Office
- Ongoing desire for development and growth. Driving continuous improvement of the Centre.
- A professional and ethical approach to all aspects of work
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months)
